This week the LPGA returns to the USA and the state of Indiana for the playing of the Indy Women In Tech Championship Driven by Group 1001.
Last year was the inaugural playing of this tournament, and it was played as a 54 hole event to give the players time to get to France for the Evian Championship. Lexi Thompson pulled away from Lydia Ko in the final round and was victorious by a four stroke margin.

My strength of field rating is a very solid 67% (up from 52% last year). This is one of the biggest year to year increases in the eight years I have been doing field ratings. Thirty-six of the top 50 players from the LPGA Priority List, and 16 of the top 25 players from the Rolex Rankings will be teeing it up. The field will be led by the world #1 ranked player Ariya Jutanugarn and will include top ten players: So Yeon Ryu, Sung Hyun Park, Lexi Thompson, Shanshan Feng, Minjee Lee, and Jessica Korda. The only top ten players skipping event this week are Anna Nordqvist, I.K. Kim, and Georgia Hall.
I will post the pairings as soon as they are made available.

1- Lexi Thompson - Defending champion is well rested.
